How do I send a meeting invitation with the Manager for Outlook

Download & Installation Instructions (Windows Only)
  1. Make sure Microsoft Outlook has already been installed on your computer.
  2. Download & Open The FreeConference Manager for Outlook on your Windows computer.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions; click 'Next' to navigate through the installation wizard, and click 'Finish' at the final screen.
  4. Restart Outlook if it is already open
Congratulations, you can now use the FreeConference Manager for Outlook! 

How To Send An Invitation Through Outlook

To send a meeting invitation through Outlook, simply click the logo from the Dashboard.

From there, a pop-up will ask you which dial-ins you want to add to your email. Once you have selected your preferred dial-in(s), your invitation template will pop up with all of your FreeConference information already filled out, such as your access code and dial-in number(s). 

After that, all you need to do is add recipients and press 'Send'!
